Hua is a Chinese-born civil engineer, coach, yoga enthusiast and nature lover. At the age of 12, she immigrated to Australia with her parents, leaving behind the place furthest from the sea in the world and embraced a land surrounded by ocean. Driven by curiosity, Hua finds inspiration in the dreams and stories of others, fostering meaningful connections. Hua works with the foundational belief that we each create a perceived world built from our own stories and environments. Becoming more aware of how and what we perceive, gives us the power and choice to shift into new realities we dream of.

With nearly two decades of experience in engineering, having held design and leadership roles across roads, aviation, energy and public infrastructure sectors. Today, she empowers fellow engineers and leaders to enhance their communication skills and discover their strengths to advance their careers and lives. Uncovering a style of communication that leverages their own lived experiences and stories to find authenticity, belonging and confidence.
